Pierce Horizon provides seamless supply chain solutions and door-to-door services using one operating platform. Our philosophy is to stress the quality of the carrier relationship, not the quantity of carriers. Through our brokerage service, we developed cross-border initiatives to help our overseas customers secure the quality freight they need. Pierce Horizon provides access to quality freight from all over North America, including Mexico and Canada. Shipments are available for dry van, intermodal, refrigerated, flatbed, over dimensional and power only qualified carriers.

TO SUPPORT TODAY’S CARRIERS AND THEIR UNIQUE NEEDS, PIERCE HORIZON OFFERS THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Standard 30-day terms with optional quick-pay within five days
  • Paper check or direct deposit

TO BECOME APPROVED, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Provide proof of insurance
    • Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
    • Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability
    • Minimum $1,000,000 general liability preferred
    • Insurer with B+V or better A.M. best rating
    • Other requirements per completed contract
  • Complete an electronic contract
  • Complete a carrier profile
  • Have operating authority
    • Must have a valid interstate or intrastate authority (intrastate-only carrier must also have an active U.S. DOT number)
    • Must have been in business a minimum of two months
  • Provide complete tax forms
